Postal Voter Recruitment Letters – £200 for 1,000 for ALDC members. This includes an addressed letter and a postal vote form, together with a return envelope to your elections office, all enclosed in DL window envelope.
Christmas Cards – £149 for 5,000 for ALDC members A6 personalised Christmas Cards, a variety of different designs. Order in October so you can start delivery in November.
Calendars – £115 for 5,000 for ALDC members A5 personalised calendars with candidate photos / useful contact details. Order in October or November so you can start delivery in December.

Posted on November 25th for receipt by constituents by the end of the week. Returned for hand delivery by the end of the same week.
Pricing for the PV Recruitment mailings and postage include VAT. The prices above include boxing and delivery back to you for hand delivery for ALDC members.
Non-members will have to pay delivery which will be 1p a letter up to a maximum of £50.
Get your letters posted
You can choose to have some or all of your letters posted to voters for 39p per letter.
Technical Information: The product is a single-sided A4 100gsm uncoated addressed letter with double-sided A4 100gsm uncoated national PV form enclosed into a DL+ 90gsm window envelope.

Election Workshop has reduced all of their bulk buy prices for Calendars and Christmas Cards compared to last year. There are also now further reductions for ALDC members using ALDC Artworker. You are welcome to submit your own artwork. Please make sure you meet Election Workshop’s artwork guidelines.
Prices for Christmas Cards, Calendars, envelopes and their delivery below exclude VAT (as quotes from other printers would). So VAT at 20% will be added.
