On behalf of everyone here at ALDC, I’d like to wish all of our members a very happy Christmas and best wishes for 2019.
2018 has been another difficult year in politics, but there can be no doubt that Britain desperately needs a strong Liberal force that we need to be.
Thank you for all your hard work throughout the year. It has been great to move forwards in the local elections – councillors and councils we control – and move forwards throughout the year with significant gains in local authority by-elections.
There is so much uncertainty about 2019, but one thing we DO know is that the largest round of local elections take place on Thursday 2 May. Helping you deliver a great set of results is our number one priority.
Thank you for your continuing membership of ALDC. We couldn’t do what we do without our members, so thank you.
The ALDC office is closed from the end of Friday 21 December and we re-open again on Wednesday 2 January. We will monitor advice@aldc.org and the Facebook Group if there are urgent issues that you need help with.
Take care and happy Christmas from all of us.
Tim
