London Colney PC, North West Ward – 4th October

I have no idea where this is - a common problem. It would be helpful if geographical info was included, e.g. which county or borough. When I was councillor I sat for West End. How many 'West Ends' are there around the country?

London Colney is in St Albans constituency, and in Hertfordshire.

By a River Colne, but not the one that runs through Colchester or the one with Nelson.
