Being a Liberal Democrat is all about giving you opportunities to change Britain’s future. That’s why we’re working with Your Liberal Britain to bring you a new style of event, Launchpad.
At Launchpad, you’ll be able to learn about campaigning with our trainers, as well as get the chance to quiz Vince Cable. Launchpad is all about giving you opportunities: you’ll get to brainstorm policy ideas, showcase your creative skills, learn about our strategy to stop Brexit and find out how you can take your next step in the party.
Your Liberal Britain is running two events to begin with. If they’re successful, they hope to run more across other parts of the country.
Launchpad London will be held at Mary Sumner House in Westminster, Monday 5 February. Registration will begin at 6pm, and activities will start at 6.30pm. The event will end with a Q&A with Vince Cable, wrapping up at 9.30pm. RSVP for Launchpad London.
Launchpad North will be held at the Royal Victoria Holiday Inn in Sheffield, Saturday 10 February. Doors will open at 12.30pm, and Vince will kick off the event at 1,30pm. There’ll be training sessions, Q&As and a competition until 4.45pm. RSVP for Launchpad North.
