If you have not already been made aware the allocation of around £9billion in EU funding is currently being distributed to the Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) around the country. This to fund projects that focus on issues such as youth unemployment & skills, supporting SMEs, driving a low carbon economy and combatting access to IT. The LEP will play an advisory role in the application process – recommending to government which local projects fit with the local economic strategy. If you are not on your LEP it is worth finding out which applications they are currently considering. It will also of course be important to identify the local projects that are getting help as we get closer to the referendum.
See attached for the allocation for your LEP.

The spreadsheet shows the allocations in Pounds as being higher that in Euros. Have the column headings been transposed?
