Tony Ford JP says
WE have big issues with fly-tipping on the Fylde - we blamed Labour for suggesting one our tips (Household Waste Recycling Centre) should be closed and the Tories for actually closing it. The LibDems were the only ones who campaigned to keep it open - one of our councillors even handcuffed herself to the gates!
