Councillor James Baker is the ALDC Development Officer for the North of England.
James has worked extensively with the No2ID campaign and became a Calderdale councillor after winning a by-election in the (Labour-facing) Warley ward in July 2012. James is now leader of the Liberal Democrat Group on Calderdale Council.
