Percentage Change Corrections

Hi Ian. A tech error at our end, I'm afraid. Lyth Valley is both a ward in South Lakeland and a division of Cumbria CC. Our results tracking spreadsheet imported the wrong set of historical results, the 09 County Council results rather than the 08 District Council results. The correct percentages have now been calculated in the post above, and will appear in the Lib Dem news column next week.

I am baffled by this result - how can it be a Tory gain from Lib Dem? Our vote has gone up, and the Tory vote has fallen, so surely it must have been a Tory seat to start with?
